Hollywood police seek witness to fatal accident

The Hollywood Police Department is looking for the driver of a newer model, four-door silver Infiniti, who may have seen a crash last month that killed two people.

Mikhail Scandarion, 26, and Gerardo Sierra, 22 died March 17 when Scandarion lost control of his 1992 Nissan 240X and struck a light pole and then a tree.

The car was heading westbound in the 3100 block on Sheridan Street.

Both men died at the scene.

Police say speed may have been a factor in the crash.

Traffic investigators are trying to identify the driver of the Infinity in hopes of getting more information about the crash.

Police also anyone with information to call the Hollywood Police Department Traffic Homicide Unit at 954-967-4567 or Crime Stoppers at 954-493-8477.
