Lena Headey needs to ask her bosses at Game of Thrones for a raise. TMZ reports that Headey and her estranged husband Peter Loughran are locked in a bitter divorce battle and her financial situation recently came to light. Loughran, a musician, is asking for half of their $46,000 tax refund from 2011. Headey responded with filing papers of her own, claiming that she needs at least $6,000 from the joint funds because the HBO queen is currently living on credit cards. An L.A. judge denied Loughran’s emergency motion for half the money as well as Headey’s request, so it’s unclear how this issue will be resolved.
Three cast members of the Real Housewives of New Jersey will face charges following an altercation at a clothing boutique.

John Karagiorgis filed the complaint and the reality stars responded with their own, which will be heard next week. Karagiorgis tells The Record he still has a mark on his forehead from a stiletto. The case will be forwarded to the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office.
Mon dieu! Gerard Depardieu again couldn’t make it to trial to face drunken driving charges, but a lawyer for the combative French actor wrested yet another court date Friday.
A Paris criminal court adjourned Friday’s hearing after scheduling a new one on May 24, said defense attorney Eric de Caumont. The actor wasn’t there because he was in the United States filming a movie about another Frenchman known for run-ins with the law, former IMF chief Dominique Strauss-Kahn, the lawyer said.
The court agreed to the delay because investigators turned up new evidence about the incident in November, when Depardieu toppled over on his scooter in Paris and was charged with drunken driving. If convicted, Depardieu could face up to two years in prison and a $5,700 fine.
Off the rails
Paging Charlie Sheen! Amanda Bynes is starting to make Lindsay Lohan look like a pillar of sanity.
The actress, best known for her roles in teenybopper movies like What A Girl Wants, has been Tweeting odd posts, e.g., saying she has a red-haired imposter and lashing out against the media. Bynes, 27, feels like her body has been targeted by paparazzi.
“They take pictures anytime I’ve gained weight then write a fake story!” read one post.
Bynes also added that she has an eating disorder but did not specify more.
Maybe the pressure’s too much: Bynes, who now lives in NYC, faces charges in two separate vehicular cases: a hit and run and driving with a suspended license. The date for a pretrial hearing has been set for May 2.
