WWE diva Naomi on The Roman Show

WWE diva Naomi has been preparing for professional wrestling’s grand stage, WrestleMania.

“I have been training hard,” she said in an interview on The Roman Show.” I am just waiting for the day to perform.”

She will get to see WrestleMania action for the first time in her young career as she will be part of a tag team, which includes Funkasaurus Brodus Clay with Sweet T (Tons of Funk) and her dancing partner Cameron (known as the Funkadactyls) versus Team Rhodes Scholars (Cody Rhodes and Damien Sandow) and the Bella Twins at WWE WrestleMania 29 on Sunday, April 7 at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, N.J.

“We are going to take them down,” she added.

Naomi warmed up for the big show by participating in the WWE NXT Live Tour’s annual visit to the Miami-Dade County Fair.

Last year at WrestleMania 28, which was in Miami, Naomi, Cameron and Clay cut a promo and danced on the Sun Life Stadium stage with Momma Clay.

“Last year was completely different,” she said. “It was my first WrestleMania experience. We got to perform. That was awesome, but this year it’s going to be greater because we get to walk down the ramp and get into some physicality in the ring. It will be awesome.”

WWE NXT, the developmental group for WWE, features future WWE superstars and divas. Clay and Naomi are NXT alums.
