‘Real Housewives of Atlanta’ divorce drama

Former Pittsburgh Steelers standout Kordell Stewart has filed for divorce from his TV star wife. In a divorce petition filed Friday in Fulton County Superior Court in Atlanta, Stewart says his marriage to Porsha Williams is “irretrievably broken.” The pair, who married in May 2011, appear on Bravo’s The Real Housewives of Atlanta. They have no kids, but Stewart has a son from a previous relationship.

Stewart asks the court to find there are no marital assets to divide, saying Williams is “an able-bodied person, earning income, and is capable of supporting herself.”

Rapper’s woes

As if one wasn’t enough. Gucci Mane is facing yet another assault claim.

The rapper (born Radric Davis) has an arrest warrant out for him in Atlanta over a claim that he hit an Army soldier over the head with a champagne bottle at a nightclub on March 16. Now a second man has come forward, according to WSBTV 2 in Atlanta. Identified only as TJ, the alleged victim told cops that Gucci, 33, assaulted him at a Philadelphia club, two nights after the initial incident. He said the Spring Breakers co-star punched him in the jaw, knocking off his glasses, after he tried to meet him and shake his hand.

Guest from hell

No, Mike Tyson wasn’t involved. Clive Mantle, known for HBO’s Game of Thrones, is recovering from surgery to reattach part of his ear, his spokesman told the BBC. Mantle, 55, was allegedly bitten early Sunday at a Travelodge in the U.K., after he told some guests to keep the noise down. The suspect was charged with wounding with intent.

In gratitude

Karen Black’s husband, filmmaker Stephen Eckelberry, is overwhelmed by her fans’ support. He wrote on his GoFundMe webpage titled “Help Karen Beat Cancer,” launched on March 14, that the fundraising site had already raised more than $36,000, surpassing the $32,000 goal.

Black, 73, has ampullary cancer, a tumor where the bile duct and pancreatic duct meet. She needs the money for experimental treatment in Europe not covered by her insurance.

Taxman cometh

Dionne Warwick has filed for Chapter Seven bankruptcy over tax liens dating back to the 1990s. The singer, 72, filed on March 21. Warwick blames her ex business manager, who “mismanaged her affairs,” her attorney Daniel Stolz told Rolling Stone. “She’s actually paid more than the face amount of the taxes, but with all of the crazy interest and penalties that they add, the number kept mushrooming,” Stolz said.

Valerie Harper: I’m not ‘cancer free’

Sounded too good to be true, and it was: Valerie Harper is not “cancer free,” as Closer Weekly reported. There is no cure for leptomeningeal carcinomatosis — cancer of the membranes around Harper’s brain. The veteran actress says in a statement that the magazine’s reporter misunderstood when she said her most recent full-body scan was clean and that the cancer had not spread.
