Spurs' Parker returns to lineup

San Antonio Spurs guard Tony Parker returned to the lineup for Friday's game against Utah after missing three weeks with a sprained left ankle.

Parker scored a team-high 22 points to lead the Spurs to a 104-97 overtime victory.

The All-Star point guard was hurt during a March 1 game against Sacramento, and tests the next day revealed a Grade 2 sprain.
