The Davie Town Council swore in three of its members for additional three-year terms and appointed a new vice mayor at its Wednesday night council meeting.

Council members Caryl Hattan, Susan Starkey and Marlon Luis were reelected without opposition on March 12.

District I Councilman Bryan Caletka was appointed to the position of vice mayor.

Hattan represents District 2 and was first elected to the Town Council in 2010; Starkey, representing District 3, has served since 2001; and Luis, representing District 4, was first elected in 2007.
