STAGE CRASH UPDATE: All six Ultra stages, including the main stage where a giant LED screen fell Thursday night, have been cleared by inspectors for Friday’s performances.

The Miami Herald’s news partner CBS4-WFOR reported that Miami Fire Rescue gave the all-clear at about 4:30 p.m. and gates were to open shortly. Music is supposed to begin at 5 p.m.

The screen fell Thursday night, trapping three workers underneath it. Two of the workers were taken to Jackson Memorial Hospital. By Friday afternoon, one worker had been released, according to CBS4. The other, Joseph Green, remains in the hospital with two broken legs.

TRAFFIC: Expect some traffic headaches around downtown Miami on Friday. Starting at 10 a.m., police are rerouting drivers as the Ultra Music Festival makes final preparations for its 4 p.m. opening. Here’s what is happening, according to Miami police:

•  All southbound traffic along Biscayne Boulevard will be detoured at Northeast Fourth Street, west to Second Avenue.

•  All northbound traffic along Biscayne Boulevard will be reduced to two lanes and shifted to the southbound lanes at Southeast First through Fourth Street.

HOURS: Ultra Music Festival gates open at 4 p.m. and music starts at 5 p.m. The first day’s festivities go on until midnight. The music festival continues through 11 p.m. Sunday.
