Homeowner: Drunken hockey player broke into my home, sacked out on couch

A Florida Panthers hockey prospect is in hot water with police after he was accused of breaking into a family’s San Antonio home and relaxing on the sofa.

According to a report by KENS5.com, Scott Timmins was found by a woman and her three kids. When she asked who he was, he responded: “Don’t worry about that.”

"My wife said, 'You need to get the hell out of here,' " said Benjamin Garza, who was not home at he time of the strange and scary discovery. The woman, who called 911 and her husband, was able to escape through a back door with her kids.

According to reports, Timmins was intoxicated. He was arrested after Monday’s incident.

When Garza came face to face with the hockey player, he told him:

"You're lucky I wasn't here because I would've put a bullet between your eyes and it would've been over for you."
