•  A reference to Nevin Shapiro in Fred Grimm’s column on 1B Sunday incorrectly identified the disgraced booster’s alma mater.

•  In a calendar listingin Business Monday for an all-day event on Thursday called Philanthropy Miami, the website www.leavealegacy.org was listed incorrectly. In a story about Eagle Manufacturing Group on page 4G in the same edition, the Florida East Coast Railway was misidentified.

    A chart accompanying a story on page 1A Monday about insurer insolvencies incorrectly stated that Atlantic Preferred Insurance became insolvent in 2008. The insurer became insolvent in 2006, with a claims deadline in 2008.

    An article on Page 3B Monday about the board that runs Jackson Health System misstated Joe Arriola’s relationship with the University of Miami. He is a former university trustee.
