Dodgers send Greinke for tests on elbow

Los Angeles Dodgers pitcher Zack Greinke was scratched from a scheduled spring training start Monday because of an elbow issue.

The Dodgers sent the right-hander back to Los Angeles to have the elbow examined.

Greinke, considered the top free-agent pitcher on the market this winter, signed a six-year, $147 million contract in December.
