Recap: San Diego vs. Texas

Brandon Allen and Jim Adduci each hit a two-run home run to help the Texas Rangers take a 5-2 win over the San Diego Padres in Cactus League action.

Jeff Baker went 3-for-3 with an RBI and a run scored while Craig Gentry scored twice for the Rangers. Neil Ramirez pitched a 1-2-3 first inning for the win.

Kyle Blanks hit a two-run home run to account for the offense for the Padres, who had just six hits in the game. Eric Stults was tagged with three runs -- two earned -- on five hits in three innings.
