Recap: Atlanta vs. Detroit

Danny Worth, Bryan Holaday and Nick Castellanos drove in two runs apiece to lead the Detroit Tigers to a 9-2 win over the Atlanta Braves on Thursday.

Prince Fielder went 1-for-2 with an RBI, while Ramon Cabrera and Tyler Collins each added an RBI for the Tigers, who got four shutout innings from starter Drew Smyly.

Juan Francisco hit a solo homer and Joe Leonard added an RBI single for the Braves.

Julio Teheran absorbed the loss after allowing one run on three hits while striking out five over four innings.
