Hollywood hookups as spring nears

Spring is around the corner and you know what that means: hook-ups aplenty.

Jessica Chastain showed off a new beau while in Paris for Fashion Week. Gian Luca Passi de Preposulo (try saying that three times fast) is an Italian fashion executive. By the looks of it, the Oscar nominee has forgotten all about her ex, Avengers star Tom Hiddleston.

Jake Gyllenhaal is sweating over his new lady friend. Word is the Prince of Persia, 32, met swimsuit model Emily DiDonato, 22, while in spin class in NYC.

Thanks to the paparazzi, Marlon Wayans might be in hot water with his baby mother of 12 years, Angelica Zachary. The A Haunted House star was recently caught in St. Barth’s enjoying the, um, company of an unidentified, sexy brunette.

The comedian is in town through Sunday for shows at the Miami Improv. We have to wonder how he’ll behave.

Not so smiley

Different day, different drama. Miley Cyrus wants everyone to know that she hasn’t called off her wedding to Liam Hemsworth. The former Hannah Montana star was responding to rumors that her fiancé has been flirting with various women including January Jones. Cyrus tweeted that she was “sick of the lies” and that she was taking a break from social media.

Baby love

Sofia Vergara has voiced her desire to have a baby, and her wish may be granted. A National Enquirer story says the Modern Family star is expecting via surrogate with Nick Loeb. Vergara, 40, has a 20-year-old son from her first marriage.

Holly Madison and her boyfriend Pasquale Rotella have still not announced the name of their daughter. Maybe Hugh Hefner wants to weigh in?

Former Miss USA turned actress Ali Landry is pregnant with her third child, reports E! News. Dad is Mexican film director Alejandro Monteverde.

Stuff wanted

New parents Kristin Cavallari and Jay Cutler are ready to get cooking. According to People.com, the onetime Hills star and Bears QB have registered for a lot of high-end kitchen appliances at Williams-Sonoma, which listed their wedding date as July 13 in Chicago.
