Palme d’Or at the Biltmore Hotel, 1200 Anastasia Ave., Coral Gables, offers a prix-fixe Taste of France menu 6-7:30 p.m. Tuesday-Thursday for $45. On Wednesdays, the hotel’s Fontana Restaurant serves a Tutto Brasato (“everything braised”) menu for $29 at lunch and $39 at dinner; 855-311-6903.
