Miami’s NAOE, 661 Brickell Key Dr., is the only Florida restaurant to make the Top 10 of OpenTable’s Best Restaurants for Service list, coming in at No. 3 behind Kai in Chandler, Ariz., and The French Laundry in Yountville, Calif. Norman Van Aken’s Norman’s at the Ritz-Carlton, Orlando, made the Top 100.
