Tourist tax is sports teams taxation

It’s confusing: Pro Player, Land Shark, Sun Life Stadium. However, it’s clear that when it was called Joe Robbie Stadium the owner paid the expenses of the business. The owners should pay for the new overhead they’re asking for. This is what’s fair to any community. Otherwise, the tourist tax needs to be called the Miami Sports Teams Tax.
