Recap: Los Angeles vs. San Francisco

The Sports Network

Brock Bond and Brett Pill each clubbed two-run homers with two outs in top of the ninth inning as the San Francisco Giants rallied for an 8-8 tie against the Los Angeles Dodgers in a spring training clash.

Bond's blast off Kelvin De La Cruz brought the Giants within 8-6. Johnny Monell then greeted Gregory Infante with a single before Pill's shot.

Pill finished 2-for-3 for three RBI and two runs scored for San Francisco, which also received a two-run double from Brandon Belt.

Alex Castellanos had a three-run homer for the Dodgers, while Skip Schumaker and Jeremy Moore both doubled in a pair during a five-run second inning.

Los Angeles starter Josh Beckett turned in a sharp two-inning effort in which he struck out three batters while not yielding a run. Counterpart Tim Lincecum was roughed up for three runs on four hits in just 1 1/3 innings, however.
