Recap: Texas vs. Chicago WSox

Conor Gillaspie went 2-for-3 with four RBI and Andy Wilkins had two hits and knocked in a pair of runs to lead the Chicago White Sox to a 14-8 win over the Texas Rangers.

Gordon Beckham, Alex Rios and Seth Loman each added an RBI for the White Sox, who improved to 2-0 in exhibition play in 2013.

Nestor Molina made the start and earned the win after allowing just one hit over two innings of work.

Mike Olt hit a two-run homer while Jurickson Profar, Craig Gentry and Juan Apodaca drove in one run a piece for the Rangers.

Cody Buckel was tagged with the loss after giving up four runs on six hits and five walks over just 1/3 of an inning. Yu Darvish got the start and struckout a pair over two scoreless innings in the setback.
