Drink and dine at Kitchen 305, Cantina Laredo

 

Executive chef Chris Wong will demonstrate sushi-rolling and sake-tini making and then host a three-course dinner at 6:30 p.m. Mondays beginning next week at the Newport Beachside Hotel’s Kitchen 305, 16701 Collins Ave., Sunny Isles Beach. Cost is $35, and reservations are required; 305-749-2110.

Cantina Laredo, 501 Silks Run, Hallandale Beach, hosts a four-course tequila dinner at 7 p.m. March 7 with an entree choice of duck confit in an Oaxaca mole negro or salmon with guajillo ginger glaze. Cost is $49.99; 954-457-7662.
