Jelena Jankovic ended her championship drought with a resounding win over Argentina's Paula Ormaechea in Sunday's final at the Copa Claro Colsanitas tennis event.
The top-seeded Serbian needed just 74 minutes to dispose of the first-time WTA finalist in a 6-1, 6-2 rout.
Jankovic captured her 13th career title and first since her triumph at Indian Wells in 2010.
Ormaechea's best previous WTA result was reaching the quarterfinals here last year.
Andy Murray withdrew from the French Open on Tuesday because of a chronic back injury and will now focus on preparing for the start of the grass-court season next month.
