CoupTessa files for bankruptcy

 

CoupTessa, a Miami daily deal site, filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy protection on Feb. 1.

The site, which launched in July 2010, listed $64,531 in assets and $738,392 in liabilities.

Among the creditors dozens of South Florida salons, spas, restaurants and other businesses.

A meeting for creditors will be held March 11 at the Claude Pepper Federal Bldg.,51 SW First Ave., Room 102, Miami. Creditors have until June 10 to file a claim.
