Michael Snaer led all scorers with 21 points, and the Florida State Seminoles fended off the Boston College Eagles, 69-66, in Atlantic Coast Conference play at the Tucker Center.

Okaro White chipped in with 13 points and eight rebounds to help the Seminoles (14-11, 6-6 ACC) get back in the win column after losing three of their previous four contests.

Olivier Hanlan had 19 points to pace the Eagles (11-14, 3-9), while Ryan Anderson (11 rebounds) and Patrick Heckmann scored 10 apiece.

FSU grabbed a 12-point lead -- its largest of the game -- at the 6:11 mark of the opening frame. However, BC rallied to cut the deficit to 31-26 at the break.

The Eagles went ahead by three with 13 minutes remaining in regulation. But they were unable to slow down the Seminoles, who went on to shoot 66.7 percent from the floor and hit 4-of-5 3-pointers over the final 20 minutes. FSU also went 10-of-12 at the charity stripe after attempting only two free throws in the first half.

Both teams shot better than 50 percent from the perimeter in the contest, but FSU was slightly more efficient from the floor and the free-throw line, and the Seminoles also outscored the Eagles inside the paint, 30-20.
