Fluffy Fruit Salad Dressing

2 eggs slightly beaten

1/2 cup sugar

1/3 cup orange juice

1/3 cup lemon juice

1 teaspoon grated orange peel

2 cups sour cream

Combine eggs, sugar and orange juice in saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly till thickened. Blend in lemon juice and orange peel. Cool. Gently fold in sour cream. Cover and chill. Serve over mixed fruit. Makes about 21/2 cups, 10 generous servings.

Per serving: 134 calories (56 percent from fat), 8.6 g fat (4.7 g saturated, 2.3 g monounsaturated), 57 mg cholesterol, 2.1 g protein, 12.8 g carbohydrates, 0 fiber, 45 mg sodium.
