• In Marc Caputo’s column on page 1B Monday, it was incorrectly reported that a minivan registered to State Rep.’s Daphne Campbell family had racked up five tickets for running right lights since 2010. The tickets were for running red lights.
In some editions in Friday's Miami Herald, a San Antonio Spurs player was misidentified in a photograph on page 2A. He is Kawhi Leonard.
A chart accompanying a story on page 1A Monday about insurer insolvencies incorrectly stated that Atlantic Preferred Insurance became insolvent in 2008. The insurer became insolvent in 2006, with a claims deadline in 2008.
An article on Page 3B Monday about the board that runs Jackson Health System misstated Joe Arriola’s relationship with the University of Miami. He is a former university trustee.
