Cirque du Soleil act to perform free routine at Bayside Marketplace Thursday afternoon

Unicycles and Bowls act from Cirque du Soleil's show, Totem. The act, appearing through February near the SunLife Stadium, will have a surprise appearance at Bayside Mall on Thursday afternoon.

Want a little taste of Totem?

One of Totem’s first act treats, Unicycles and Bowls, in which a quintet of Shang Dynasty-era unicyclists toss and balance silver bowls atop their heads, using their feet, all the while pedaling seven-foot tall unicycles, will perform a surprise freebie routine at 12:30 p.m. Thursday at Bayside Marketplace’s Marina Stage Walkway, 401 Biscayne Blvd., Miami.

Cirque du Soleil’s full Totem show continues through February 24 on the grounds of SunLife Stadium in Miami Gardens.
