Miami Gardens letter carrier bitten by 2 dogs, hospitalized

A female mail carrier was taken to the hospital after being attacked by two dogs while on duty Tuesday in Miami Gardens.

According to Miami Herald news partner CBS 4, the woman was delivering mail in the 1400 block of Northwest 191st Street about 5 p.m. when two dogs jumped over a fence and attacked her. She was bitten in the face, arms and legs.

She was taken to Memorial Regional Hospital in Hollywood, where she remained in stable condition Tuesday night, according to CBS 4.
