Carbonell Award-winning playwright Michael McKeever gets a showcase of his popular short plays when Parade Productions’ ‘The Whole Caboodle’ opens this weekend in Boca Raton. Elena Maria Garcia plays famous actress Laura Keene, with Casey Dressler as her dresser, in a play set on a fateful night in American history. Also in the ‘Caboodle’ cast are Clay Cartland, Jacqueline Laggy, Candace Caplin and playwright McKeever. Performances are 7:30 p.m. Thursday-Saturday, 3 p.m. Sunday, through Feb. 24. Tickets are $35 and $40. Parade performs in the Studio Theatre at the Mizner Park Cultural Arts Center, 201 Plaza Real, Boca Raton. Call 866-811-4111 or visit www.paradeproductions.org.
