Tomato Mozzarella Salad
1 Buffalo mozzarella ball, cut into bite-sized pieces
Heirloom tomatoes or cherry tomatoes, halved (assorted colors, if possible)
English cucumber
Balsamic vinegar
Olive oil
Mild onions
Fresh basil
Parsley
Blue cheese
In a large mixing bowl, add all the ingredients and toss.
