The month’s celebrations will end with the Sistrunk Parade and Street Festival on Feb. 23. The parade will start at 8:30 a.m. at the New Mount Olive Baptist Church, and the street festival will begin at 11 a.m. in the Sistrunk Corridor between northwest 24th and 27th avenues and inside Delevoe Park.
