“I have an office rather than a retail store so my overhead is minimal,” explains Wolfson. “My business is 100 percent referral-based, so customer satisfaction is paramount.”
Wolfson says flexibility has been a key to her success in the jewelry industry. “I buy gold, take items in trade, redesign customer’s jewelry, reset diamonds and do repairs,” she says. She also provides free insurance appraisals and will meet clients at their home or office (from Pinecrest to Palm Beach).
In celebration of Valentines Day, Wolfson will hold a drawing to give away a bottle of 2002 Dom Perignon; and is taking registrations for a Balthazar (12 liter) bottle of Laurent-Perrier champagne to be given away for Mother’s Day. No purchase necessary to register or win.
