Re the Jan. 14 letter, Hialeah Vendors have an edge over retail merchants: I’m not against these vendors if they are licensed and display their licenses while selling. When I complained to Code Enforcement I was told vendors don’t have to display their licenses due the hot weather. I wear my eye glasses on a cord around my neck in all degrees of temperature. Let the vendors show that they are documented and have paid the $150! Too many aren’t and are playing the system.
