On Feb. 8 Miami International Film Festival will highlight its 30th anniversary celebrations with a cast reunion and screening of a film from 1995’s festival, Miami Rhapsody, directed by Miami resident David Frankel, as part of MIFF’s month-long Countdown Retrospective series.
