Mercadito Hospitality reports that its 2012 Tacos for Strength campaign generated more than $4,000 for the chefs’ anti-hunger charity Share Our Strength via 5 percent of the proceeds from celebrity-chef tacos at its Miami, Chicago and New York restaurants. The drive resumes this month with tacos by Chicago chef Andrew Zimmerman.
