Genesis of TNA began with Daniels, Kazarian

TNA Genesis PPV on Sunday, Jan. 13 from Universal Studios Orlando

Recently the duo was given the name Bad Influence. It’s something Kazarian is proud to be called.

“The name has been hovering around the brains of both of us for a while,” Kazarian said.

“A lot of people have dubbed us a bad influence…People say bad influence in a bad way. We say it in a good way. Our thing is that once you’re under it, you can’t get over it.”

Although Daniels and Kazarian are a tag team, they both have singles aspirations. A step up the ladder in the ranks for the “Fallen Angel” could come with a victory against “Cowboy” James Storm at Genesis.

“Where does it say we can’t monopolize every title,” Kazarian said. “Why can’t Chris Daniels win the world heavyweight title? Why can’t I win the world TV title and hold the tag team titles at the same time. Yes, we still are a tag team, but we are also singles wrestlers. Chris Daniels is going to prove that on Sunday.”

“I’m a student of the game,” Daniels said. “I’ve seen James Storm from the very beginning. I’ve watched him grow from a tag team wrestler, basically just a man that was one half of a great tag team. Then I’ve seen him a great singles star on his own, but the truth of the matter is that no matter James has become he is never going to be as good as me…”
