Insider: Real Housewives of Miami will be back for season 3

Mama Elsa, per usual, stole the show on Part II of the Real Housewives of Miami reunion Thursday night on Bravo. The plastic (or is it injection?) -happy matriarch was brought on the contentious panel by host Andy Cohen, who loves her to death. Too bad he’s not straight, because she’s single. The bon vivant split from Donald Patton two years ago after 51 years of marriage.

On the panel, Marysol Patton’s mother was asked questions by viewers via Cohen, one of which was about her much talked about misshapen face. Though Elsa didn’t go into details, she did say she had “bad surgery.” No names, but the doc was supposed to be reputable. Another viewer asked why she was so fabulous. Patton laughed and said it’s because of her heritage: “Cubans are fabulous!”

Look for more antics soon. An insider dished to us that there indeed will be a RHOM Season 3; it’s unclear who will and won’t be back.

A few predictions: Alexia Echevarria will ditch the cameras once and for all and tend to her two in-need sons. Karent Sierra will use the show to try to nab a real boyfriend now that Rodolfo Jimenez is in the rear view mirror. Adriana De Moura has set a wedding date, conveniently around the time filming starts up, in the spring. Joanna Krupa, too. Lea Black will plot her revenge against “character assassin” Ana Quincoces. Lisa Hochstein will adopt. And drag queen Elaine Lancaster will depart . . . to get her own show on Logo TV, where she would be a great fit, in our book.
