Hallandale Beach Police are looking for a man considered “armed and dangerous.”

Police say Ira L. McCutcheon, 21, who has a previous arrest for firearms violations, rammed his red, older model Camaro into the back of his ex-girlfriend’s car at 12:30 a.m. Dec. 27.

McCutcheon then took the couple’s 4-year-old child from the backseat of the car, according to police. He later returned the child to a family member.

Police believe McCutcheon, who is 6-feet-1, 190 pounds, frequents the Carver Ranches, Pembroke Park and west Hollywood areas.

Anyone with information is asked to call Det. Marc Dubuisson at 954-457-1425 or Crime Stoppers at 954-493-8477. There is a reward of up to $1,000 for information leading to his arrest.
