Buyers can start the New Year with a brand-new Lennar home

ADVERTORIAL

Home buyers can start the New Year in a new home in one of Lennar’s communities from Miami-Dade County to Stuart, priced from the mid-$100,000s.

Many home buyers have discovered that they may be able to own a new home and pay less than they are currently paying in rent, says the spokesperson.

Lennar wants to spread the word to all who fear they may not be able to afford a new home that they should visit a Lennar community and speak with a new-home consultant.

All new homes include a builder’s warranty, and for a limited time, buyers not only get Lennar’s signature “Everything’s Included” package, they can also take advantage of savings plus zero closing costs and up to $5,000 in upgrades, says the spokesperson.

“Each community location is carefully selected with families in mind. Lennar communities offer fun and exciting amenities for every family member to enjoy and are near schools, shopping, places of worship and shopping centers,” says Carlos Gonzalez, President of Lennar’s Southeast Florida Division.

Lennar has more than 20 communities to choose from. One of them is Grand Lakes, in the popular Bird Road corridor in Miami, where buyers can choose from three- and four-bedroom, two-story townhomes with garage, ranging from 1,742 to 1,830 square feet, starting from $224,990. The four- to five-bedroom, one- or two-story single-family homes with two-car garages range from 2,250 to 3,601 square feet and are priced from $302,990. To see the decorated models, visit Lennar’s Crystal Lakes at 6523 SW 162nd Ave. in Miami. The models are open daily, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Napa at The Vineyards features three- to five-bedroom single-family homes with two-car garages ranging from 2,564 to 3,865 square feet and priced from $222,990. The community offers Lennar’s newest concept in home designs, the Next Gen – The Home Within a Home, a floor plan ideal for families who need one home for multiple family members. The main home is a typical residence, but it includes an independent private suite with kitchenette, one or two bedrooms, bath, living area and a private entry. Customers interested in the homes at Napa should visit the Isles at Oasis Welcome Home Center on SW 320th Street and 152nd Avenue, in Homestead.

In the West Kendall corridor, on SW 120th Street and 155th Avenue, Lennar offers Garden Estates, a family-friendly community close to shopping and schools. It is centered on a clubhouse with a party room, fitness center, family pool, hot tub and playground area. There are two-story, three- and four-bedroom townhomes with garage from the $220,000s and three- to five-bedroom single-family homes with two-car garage from the $290,000s.

Acres of parks and lake will abound in Kendall Square. The community will have a 13,000-square-foot clubhouse with an elegant party room, billiards and social room, oversize pool, kids water splash zone, barbecue gazebo and fire pit area, and playground. Families can choose from three- to five-bedroom townhomes with one- or two-car garage from the $230,000s, or from three- to five-bedroom estate homes with one- or two-car garage from the $290,000s. Both collections include Lennar’s Next Gen – The Home within a Home plans. Model homes are currently under construction but virtual tours of the community and the homes are available. The Welcome Home Center is at Kendall Drive and SW 169th Avenue.

This home was last on the market more than 75 years ago attesting to its comfort and livability, having had but one owner in all those years.
