A couple of legendary Miami Beach establishments are being honored by a hospitality industry group.

Joe’s Stone Crab and Fontainebleau Miami Beach are both scheduled to be lauded at a Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association event Thursday night at the Fontainebleau.

The 100-year-old Joe’s Stone Crab is the 2013 FRLA Restaurateur of the Year and the Fontainebleau, which originally opened in 1954, is the 2013 FRLA Hotelier of the Year.

At the association’s 2013 Winter Installation Gala and Hall of Fame Awards Ceremony, Tallahassee restaurateur Andy Reiss will be installed as the 2013 chairman of the board. Al Gardner of Orlando-based hospitality management consulting firm A&L Associates will be honored as the 2013 FRLA Supplier of the Year.
