Sofia Vergara took a break over the holidays with fiance Nick Loeb to dine at Delray Beach’s BurgerFi. The Modern Family star ate well — a Chicken Apple Dog (all-natural chicken dog stuffed with apple morsels), “Urban Fries” (parmesan and herb fries topped with garlic aioli) off the so-called and not-so-secret-anymore menu, onion rings and a red velvet concrete for dessert.

Glee star Mark Salling was seen with a gang of friends Thursday night at the not yet opened subterranean lounge Rec Room in the Gale South Beach where they sipped Moet Champagne and vodka, “dancing the night away until 3 a.m.,” says our spy. From there, Salling, not quite ready to retire the Christmas spirit, hit haute karaoke lounge Jelsomino, where he took to the stage to perform his own rendition of the oft-played Mariah Carey hit All I Want for Christmas is You.

Seen dining at Makoto at Bal Harbour Shops over the Xmas weekend: Emilio Estefan and pinup William Levy. The day after Christmas, Brazilian model Adriana Lima and her family were seen lunching there.

Comedian Pauly Shore and an entourage had drinks Wednesday night at Meat Market.

Nicky Hilton was seen at 6 a.m. Friday sneaking into the Delano.

Charles Koppleman, music producer and former Chairman of Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia, was seen dining Thursday at The Forge. He enjoyed his dinner quietly and reminisced on his times with the various artists he worked with in Miami.
