Palmetto Bay’s 3rd Annual Holiday by the Bay, the village’s signature Christmas event on the grounds of the Palmetto Bay Branch Library/Edward & Arlene Feller Amphitheater at Ludovici Park, brought residents out of the shopping malls for a fun late afternoon, early evening gathering highlighted by festive foods, holiday performances by local students, including a number from Stephen Sondheim’s Tony-winning musical Into the Woods, midway rides and attractions like slides and contests.

The event proved popular enough to lure friends and neighbors from surrounding communities like Cutler Bay and Kendall, and Santa, of course, to gather outside on a crisp and cool Saturday.
