Dionne Warwick celebrates at Gotham Steak

Dionne Warwick celebrated her 72nd birthday Thursday with an intimate dinner at Gotham Steak at the Fontainebleau. In addition to her close friends and family, the singer, in town for a performance at the resort, was surprised by good friend Stevie Wonder, who came out with a huge, piano-shaped birthday cake.

Extreme Home Makeovers host Ty Pennington was seen eating solo at the bar Sunday night at Meat Market.

Florida Gov. Rick Scott had lunch with six on Friday at Caffe Abbracci in Coral Gables where he walked around greeting diners and was overheard saying he hasn’t eaten there in 20 years.

Miami Heat point guard Mario Chalmers visited patients and families Sunday at Miami Children’s Hospital’s Michael Fux Family Center. Chalmers, joined by his parents Ronnie and Almarie and sister Roneka and representing his eponymous charitable foundation, handed out donated toys, Heat shirts and gift cards to the children and posed for photos.

Kim Kardashian and her sister’s baby daddy Scott Disick were seen Thursday eating at Kardashian pal Jonathan Cheban’s new restaurant, Sushi MiKasa at the Shelborne South Beach. Arriving conveniently after Kardashian and her camera crew left: ex ‘N Sync-er turned Sirius satellite radio host Lance Bass and Chris and Adrienne Bosh.

Upscale karaoke lounge Jelsomino saw some star power Saturday night as Wall co-owner Navin Chatani, Black Eyed Peas member Taboo and Wilmer Valderrama dropped in with a big crew well after 3 a.m. Valderrama, we’re told, was singing “like crazy.”

Congrats to Eating House chef Giorgio Rapicavoli and Roger Duarte of George Stone Crab, who made the Forbes list of 30 food and wine prodigies under 30 judged in part by Southern Wine & Spirits/South Beach Wine & Food Festival’s Lee Schrager.

Fashion designer Alexander Wang was seen dining with 10 friends Sunday night at Prime 112. Many of the fashionistas in the restaurant were overheard singing Wang’s praises as they spotted him among the hoi polloi while waiting for his table.
