It’s Jeffrey Klein's job to make sure Miami’s well-heeled party set is exquisitely fed and never thirsty. As Vice President of Operations, Food & Beverage at the Fontainebleau Hotel, Klein manages the more than 1,200 people who work in the hotel’s 12 restaurants, bars and lounges, as well as its meeting spaces and banquet halls. His portfolio of award-winning eateries, which include Hakkasan, Scarpetta and Gotham Steak, keeps him on his culinary toes and has helped him hone his taste for international fare. So, who better to share some gift ideas perfect for the devoted foodies you know?
