Halle Berry’s custody issues over?

Attorneys for Halle Berry and her ex have settled court issues that arose after a Thanksgiving Day fight at the actress’ home.

The fisticuffs involved Gabriel Aubry and her fiancé, actor Olivier Martinez. Aubry was arrested after the fight, which left him with a black eye, a broken rib and other injuries.

Aubry obtained a temporary restraining order against Martinez. The model and Berry have been battling over custody of their 4-year-old daughter for months and have appeared twice in a family law court since the fight.

Blair Berk, an attorney for Berry, and Shawn Holley, who represents Aubry, released a statement after Thursday’s hearing that said the two sides had reached an amicable agreement.

A writer’s case against Tyler Perry went to federal court on Tuesday. Terri Donald accuses the filmmaker of lifting the plot of his 2012 movie, Good Deeds, from her 2007 book, Bad Apples Can Be Good Fruit. She is seeking $225,000 in initial damages. The suit, filed in Philadelphia, says Donald sent a copy of her book to Perry’s company before production on the movie began.

Kelsey Grammer made sure that everyone knows he is a responsible father (ex Camille Grammer may dispute that). The actor and his wife Kayte were videotaped by TMZ leaving LAX without strapping their baby daughter Faith to a car seat in a chauffeured SUV. Faith stayed on mom’s lap. The Boss star’s representative, Stan Rosenfield, has denied the parents acted improperly, insisting his client placed a car seat in the vehicle and seated the baby securely before leaving airport grounds. The incident comes a few weeks after the infant was spotted at a party at the Playboy mansion.
