To celebrate the season of giving, Lennar is offering attractive deals on all remaining inventory homes so families can start 2013 living in a new home, a company spokesperson says.

Home buyers can get year-end savings on all available inventory homes at Lennar’s sought-after communities.

The builder has a variety of luxury townhomes, patio homes and single-family homes available for immediate occupancy and priced from the mid-$100,000s.

“Lennar has had a very exciting year and what better way to mark this season of giving than to offer special savings and incentives to home buyers who are eager to be in their new home for the holidays! We have an assortment of ready-to-move-in townhomes, patio homes and single-family homes to choose from, all offering a builder’s warranty for peace of mind,” says Carlos Gonzalez, president of Lennar’s Southeast Florida Division.

Lennar has many communities in Miami-Dade County with move-in-ready homes, starting with Grand Lakes, located in the desirable Bird Road corridor. Families can choose from three- and four-bedroom, two-story townhomes with garage, starting from the $220,000s, and four- to five-bedroom single-family homes starting from the upper $200,000s.
