Following dinner and tours of the hosts’ private collections, patrons were invited to an after-party at The Shore Club on South Beach.

Co-chairs for the event were MOCA Shakers Meredith Becker, Valerie Graves, Zubin Nagpal, Erin Newberg and Anne Owen. Braman Motors served as a co-sponsor. ULTIMATE CUPCAKE PARTIES

Miami Children’s Museum has added a new birthday party option to its roster: the Ultimate Cupcake Party. Hosted in conjunction with Ready.Set.Cupcake! (Co-founders are Beach residents Leslie Kaplan and Carolyn Shulevitz) the three-hour event (for up to 20 kids and 40 adults) includes decorating mini-cupcakes at a variety of stations, dessert-making demonstration (whoopee pies and cake pops), personalized chef hat for each child, access to the museum’s exhibits and a visit by mascot Michimu. MIAMI TENNIS CUP

The inaugural Miami Tennis Cup will feature U.S. Open Champ Andy Murray of Britain, French Open Champion Juan Carlos Ferrero of Spain and serve as a “Farewell to South Florida” for Andy Roddick, in tribute to his legendary career. The tournament takes place Nov. 30 – Dec. 2 at Crandon Park Tennis Center in Key Biscayne. The round robin tournament format will also feature ATP heavyweights Nicolás Almagro (ESP), Alejandro Falla (COL) and top ranked American, John Isner. Gates open at 3 pm daily, matches begin at 5 pm. Tickets ($50 general admission; $118 3-day pass) are available at www.miamitenniscup.com.
