Raw-food class at Beth Sholom

 

Dayan Taylor of RAW One, a line of snacks, teaches a raw food class from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. Wednesday at Temple Beth Sholom, 4144 Chase Ave., Miami Beach. Sponsored by Youth L.E.A.D., the session costs $60 and includes three recipe demos followed by a buffet. Students take home a recipe book, canvas tote bag and vacuum-sealed food storage container. Food is donated by Whole Foods Market South Beach, and all proceeds support Youth L.E.A.D.’s afterschool programming; youthleadmiami.eventbrite.com.
