The actor who stars in Two and a Half Men and called the CBS comedy “filth” may have some time before he faces the producers.

Angus T. Jones wasn’t at rehearsal this week because he wasn’t slated for the episode they are filming, according to a person close to the show who spoke to the Associated Press on condition of anonymity because producers were not commenting publicly.

Jones, 19, recently spoke out in a video posted by a Christian church to “Please stop watching [the show].”

Jones — who naturally issued a public apology for his commentary probably because he’s reportedly paid $350K an episode — isn’t expected back at work until after the New Year.

Fancy footwork

Talk about paying your dues. Tony Dovolani is still basking in his first Dancing with the Stars: All Stars win. After 15 seasons — and infamous partners like the unforgettably atrocious Kate Gosselin — the 39-year-old pro finally clinched it with Melissa Rycroft. He told Us Weekly the win was extra special because it happened on his and his wife’s 13 year anniversary. Dovolani plans to give the mirrorball trophy to his three daughters.

Rycroft, an ex Dallas cheerleader, isn’t sure of her plans: “Maybe I’ll put it in my front yard or on top of my car. Anywhere where everyone can see it!”

Cougar alert!

Demi Moore’s back in action. The New York Post reports the actress, 50, is dating art dealer Vito Schnabel, 26. He is the son of famed painter Julian Schnabel. The paper reports they were hot and heavy at Naomi Campbell’s 50th birthday of her part-time Miami-based billionaire boyfriend Vladimir Doronin in India.

Rock of ages

Nikki Sixx is ready to marry a woman more than half his age. The Motley Crue rocker, 53, proposed to his girlfriend of two years, model/producer Courtney Bingham, 27. We’re sure Sixx, who has been married twice before (to Playmates Brandi Brandt and Donna D’Errico) can keep up. In December 1987 he was declared dead after a heroin overdose and it took two minutes to resuscitate him. Busy man: Nikki’s other “exxes” include Lita Ford, Jenna Jameson, Kat Von D and Denise Richards. He has four kids.

Oh baby!

Jessica Simpson may have shed her baby fat with the help of Weight Watchers, but it’s pretty much all for naught now that she is pregnant yet again. Baby Maxwell is only seven months old. Dad is former NFL pro Eric Johnson (we think).

A.J. McLean is a dad. The Backstreet Boys singer and his wife, Rochelle Deanna Karidis, welcomed their first child, a girl named Ava.

Justice files

Police surprised a Canadian actress accused of stalking Alec Baldwin by locking her up again at the close of an otherwise-routine court appearance. Authorities wouldn’t discuss why Genevieve Sabourin was re-arrested in Manhattan. But a judge had ordered her to stay away from the 30 Rock star; reports surfaced that Sabourin had posted angry tweets about Alec’s new wife.

The Black Keys have settled copyright infringement lawsuits against Pizza Hut and The Home Depot claiming misuse of the band’s music in commercials. The band alleged the song Lonely Boy was improperly used to sell power tools and Gold on the Ceiling to sell pizza. Both companies denied copying the songs.
