Accept defeat

 

With egos larger than their intelligence, Mitt Romney and Allen West are showing how little they really care for their political party or the voting public. Neither claims that they lost because of intelligent voters; rather, they say that circumstances not in their control did them in.

They lost, but their egos won’t let them accept the fact that voters didn’t subscribe to their philosophies, tactics or rhetoric.

    On five Sunday television talk shows, the Obama administration sent out senior advisor Dan Pfeiffer to downplay the three recent scandals: AP, IRS and Benghazi. His claim that the still-unanswered question of where President Obama was and what he did was irrelevant, since Obama was in contact with his staff, was particularly outrageous.
