Drama at Halle Berry’s house

What an unfortunate Thanksgiving for Halle Berry. Her ex Gabriel Aubry was arrested and booked for misdemeanor battery after attacking Berry’s beau Oliver Martinez, who owns Villa Azur in Miami Beach. The model/father of Berry’s daughter Nahla is in custody with bail set at $20,000. The fight went down outside Halle’s LA home after Aubry dropped off Nahla. Martinez reportedly said something to Aubry that enraged him and he pushed the Unfaithful star to the ground, where they struggled until cops arrived. Both ended up in the hospital briefly.

German holiday

Despite Rihanna’s recent debacle in which journalists and fans flew around on her “777” world tour jet for hours bored out of their minds, she got back in the air. Why? To meet her “friend” Chris Brown for Thanksgiving in Berlin (a tour stop for him). “All alone in my big ole jet!!! See u soon lover,” the Diamonds singer tweeted.

Splitsville

Former Blossom star Mayim Bialik says “attached parenting” was not to blame for her split from husband of nine years Michael Stone. The mother of two sons (7 and 4) wrote on her Kveller.com blog that just because she and Stone sleep with their kids in their bed, the issue wasn’t with them. The Big Bang Theory star cited irreconcilable differences in her divorce filing.

Kimora Lee Simmons tweeted about her split with actor Djimon Hounsou. It’s not about money, she says: “There have been quite a few hurtful rumors circulating. The truth is Djimon + I have been separated for some time.” The two, who have a 3 year old son, were never legally married in the U.S.

Bad blood

Shakira should be glowing in the last months of her pregnancy (dad is soccer hunk Gerard Pique). Instead she’s fighting a nasty lawsuit. The Latin pop star is being sued to the tune of $100 million by her ex, Antonio de la Rua, who alleges his former business partner owes him dough. In court documents in NYC de la Rua says Shak fired him after he secured her a $300 million deal with Live Nation.
