Happy Thanksgiving — now it’s time to lose weight

It’s Black Friday, which means you can burn off the Thanksgiving calories by walking around the mall. Just stay away from the food court. Now that even more holidays approach, we looked to the stars:

The rocker: A few weeks ago Chris Daughtry tweeted out a picture of his shirtless self that made many of his followers very happy. The singer was able to shed 23 pounds over a few weeks the old fashioned way: through diet and exercise. His vice was late night snacking while out on tour. To stay buff, he built a gym at his North Carolina estate.

The new mom: One of the greatest joys in life for many is parenthood. But women are often left wondering when their pre-baby figures are going to return. Drew Barrymore told People that she “worships” celebrity nutritionist Kimberly Snyder, who recommends a juice-heavy, greens-based diet.

The singleton: Millionaire Matchmaker Patti Stanger busts on her lovelorn clients if they’re overweight. But the formerly hefty Bravo star finally tired of calling the kettle black. She copped to losing 35 pounds with the help of SENSA. The (not FDA-approved) appetite suppressant was created by neurologist Dr. Alan Hirsch, who says this product works by enhancing your sense of smell. SENSA — a not so secret weapon of a few Miami Housewives — comes in various forms, a sprinkle, chews and energy powder.

The legendary Wonder performed for well over two hours, singing covers by The Beatles, Michael Jackson and Bob Marley as well as his own greatest hits.
